ATLANTA (AP) — Atlanta Braves second baseman Ozzie Albies was held out of the lineup for Monday night’s game against the New York Yankees, his first missed start of the season.Albies was pulled from the Braves’ 7-6 loss at the New York Mets on Sunday with cramping in his left hamstring. Braves manager Brian Snitker said Albies was “still feeling it a little bit” on Monday. Nicky Lopez is the fill-in starter at second base.Albies has been one of Atlanta’s most productive players, hitting .267 with 28 homers and 90 RBIs, second in the majors behind teammate Matt Olson. DENVER (KDVR) — Police in Denver have just released body camera video from when an officer shot and killed a man last Saturday as they responded to a domestic violence call.It started as a call where witnesses reported seeing an intoxicated man push over his wife, who uses a wheelchair, and then assault his teenage son, according to police. Police said they weren't able to confirm this was a case of domestic violence, but the officers met up with the suspect in the middle of the street. While boarding their Southwest flight home Sunday, Breezy got out of her carrier. “They were getting me on the plane rushing me, and I set her down to get ready to put her under the seat, put my backpack up into the overhead bin, and was sort of jostled,” Thompson said. (KDVR) — Officers fanned out near an Adams County intersection late Sunday night, where a suspect on the run allegedly shot a sheriff’s deputy.Police officials say the deputy was not hurt, thanks to a bulletproof vest.There was chaos and a frantic search at 74th Avenue and Federal Boulevard just around midnight.
